Eligible products have a 10-day replacement warranty. For courier orders outside Dhaka, the 10 days start on the day you receive the product from the courier.
প্রযোজ্য পণ্যে ১০ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি রয়েছে। ঢাকার বাইরে কুরিয়ার অর্ডারে কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার দিন থেকে ১০ দিন গণনা শুরু হয়।
2Conditionsশর্তাবলি
- Manufacturing faults only. Problems caused by the customer (drops, liquid, misuse) are not replaced.
- Display issues are not covered. Green lines, white lines or any other display fault — within or after 10 days — are not eligible for replacement.
- Software issues are fixed by servicing instead of replacement; this can take some time.
- Warranty void: hacking, rooting/bootloader unlocking or third-party software that causes a problem voids the warranty completely.
- শুধু ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি। কাস্টমারের কারণে (পড়ে যাওয়া, পানি, অপব্যবহার) হওয়া সমস্যায় রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নেই।
- ডিসপ্লে ইস্যু অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়। গ্রিন লাইন, হোয়াইট লাইন বা যেকোনো ডিসপ্লে ত্রুটি — ১০ দিনের মধ্যে বা পরে — রিপ্লেসমেন্টের আওতায় পড়ে না।
- সফটওয়্যার সমস্যা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নয়, সার্ভিসিংয়ের মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হয়; এতে কিছু সময় লাগতে পারে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল: হ্যাক, রুট/বুটলোডার আনলক বা থার্ড-পার্টি সফটওয়্যারের কারণে সমস্যা হলে ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পূর্ণ বাতিল হয়।
3Apple productsঅ্যাপল পণ্য
Apple products have no piece-to-piece replacement from Xeero. They are covered by the official Apple International Warranty (1 year) only.
অ্যাপল পণ্যে Xeero থেকে পিস-টু-পিস রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নেই। শুধু অফিশিয়াল অ্যাপল ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ওয়ারেন্টি (১ বছর) প্রযোজ্য।
