1Wrong or different product (courier orders outside Dhaka)ভুল বা ভিন্ন পণ্য (ঢাকার বাইরে কুরিয়ার অর্ডার)
If the product you receive by courier does not match our listing or the item you ordered, contact us on the same day you receive it and send it back.
Once it reaches us, we refund the full amount according to our Refund Policy.
কুরিয়ারে পাওয়া পণ্য যদি আমাদের বিজ্ঞাপন বা আপনার অর্ডারের সাথে না মেলে, পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার দিনই আমাদের জানিয়ে ফেরত পাঠান।
পণ্য আমাদের হাতে পৌঁছালে রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী পুরো টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
2Change of mindমত পরিবর্তন (সাধারণ রিটার্ন)
If you want to return a product for a personal reason (you no longer want it, did not like it, etc.), whether bought in our shop or delivered, 10% of the sale price is deducted.
- The product must be sealed, unused and not activated, in brand-new condition with everything in the box.
ব্যক্তিগত কারণে (পছন্দ না হওয়া ইত্যাদি) পণ্য ফেরত দিতে চাইলে — শপ থেকে কেনা হোক বা ডেলিভারিতে — বিক্রয়মূল্যের ১০% কর্তন করা হবে।
- পণ্য অবশ্যই সিলড, অব্যবহৃত ও অ্যাক্টিভেট না করা অবস্থায়, বক্সের সব জিনিসসহ নতুন কন্ডিশনে থাকতে হবে।
3Used, scratched or damaged productsব্যবহৃত, দাগযুক্ত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
Products with signs of use, scratches, marks, dents, colour damage or any device fault cannot be returned or exchanged under this policy.
If you want to sell such a device, we can buy it from you at its used-device value after checking it.
ব্যবহারের ছাপ, স্ক্র্যাচ, দাগ, ডেন্ট, কালার ড্যামেজ বা কোনো ডিভাইস ত্রুটি থাকলে সেই পণ্য সাধারণ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ হিসেবে নেওয়া হয় না।
চাইলে ডিভাইসটি যাচাই করে ব্যবহৃত ডিভাইসের প্রকৃত দামে আমরা কিনে নিতে পারি।
